Obituary: McFadden, Viola Vae Creech - Monday, July 14, 2008 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** McFadden, Viola Vae Creech, 76, died Mon, July 14, 2008. A native of Pine Ridge, KY, she was a daughter of the late Alvah and Grace Brewer Creech. A retired patient transport aide for Veteran's Administration, she was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and had been attending St. John's Lutheran. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her time crocheting. She is survived by a son and daughters, William McFadden, Mary McFadden and Elizabeth Holder, all of Lexington; siblings, Laura Elizabeth Cooper, Lexington, Margaret Helen (Joe) Brown, Lee City, KY, Doris Robinson, Lexington, David (Katherine) Creech, Stanton, KY, Donald Creech, Lexington, Granville Creech, Waco, KY and Cora McHatton, Lexington; grandchildren, Marvin Gregory McFadden, Georgetown, Danielle Michelle Holder, Anne Margaret Holder and Victoria Vae McFadden, all of Lexington; great grandson, R.J. Turner; and special family members, Christopher Cprek, Louisville, Nicholas (Sarah) Cprek and Candice Cprek, both of Lexington. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Sally Jane McFadden and Margaret Sewell. Funeral services will be 11 AM Thurs. at Porter & Son Funeral Home, Campton, KY. Visitation will be 5-9 PM Tues. at Milward-Broadway, Lexington and 5-9 PM Wed at Porter & Son Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association.
