Obituary: Holland, Wilgus - Wednesday, September 17, 2008

HOLLAND Wilgus, 59, died Sep 17, 2008 at the UK Medical Center after a
brief illness. He was formerly of Wolfe County and was the son of the
late George Hollon and Bertha Watkins Moore. He is survived by his wife,
Ruth Ann Holland of Lexington, and one son, Wilgus Christopher Holland
and wife, Phyllis Ann Holland of Lexington. He had four brothers and
eight sisters and was a retired supervisor for the University of
Kentucky Tobacco and Health. Services will be held at 1pm Sat, Sep 20 at
the Porter and Son Funeral Directors Chapel in Campton, KY, with Bro.
Matthew Hollon officiating. Burial will be in the Profitt Cemetery on
Profitt Fork. Visitation will be after 6pm Fri at the funeral home.
