Thelma was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on May 29, 1946 to Samuel and Josephine (Hollon) Sparks. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Lawrence E. Stacy; 3 sons Lawrence Edwin Stacy Jr., Charles Edward Stacy and wife Pam, and Herbert Lee Stacy all of Franklin; a brother David Samuel Sparks and wife Janet of Franklin; 2 sisters Blanche Smith of Germantown and Deborah Hunter of Centerville; 2 aunts Flora Wells of Trenton and Vanna Plessinger of KY; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews; a special niece who loved her dearly Tisha Sparks. Funeral services are Wednesday October 1, 2008 at 12pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Jimmy Jewell officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10am until the time of the service.
