Wolfe County News - April 30, 1953

EARL OLIVER, 52 DIES IN KALAMAZOO

Earl Oliver, 52, a native of Campton, Wolfe county died suddenly of a 
cerebral hemmorhage at his home, 129 Portage Street, Kalamazoo, Mich., 
on Saturday, April 18, 1953.  He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
Clay Oliver, of Campton.

Survivors are a son, Richard Gene Oliver, and a daughter, Miss Beverly 
Ann Oliver, both of Chicago: three sisters, Mrs. Mable King and Mrs. 
Lorene Friexe both of Esat Detroit, and Mrs. Blanche Combs of Jackson.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at one o'clock at a 
Kalamazoo funeral home with Rev. Janis Laupmanis officiating.  Burial was in 
the Riverside cemetery at Kalamzaoo.

Mrs. Combs left Satruday for the funeral and returned to Jackson on 
Friday of last week.
