MORG SPENCER DIED DEC. 17TH IN NEW MEXICO	

Morgan Spencer, 91, died of a heart attack in his home in Talban, New 
Mexico on December 17th.  He was a former Wolfe Countain having lived at 
Green Briar above Lee City in Wolfe County many years, but he spent the 
last twenty years of his life in Talban.

He is survived by four sons and four daughters.  Earl who lived at 
home,  Luther of PIne Ridge, Ky., Andy of Stratford, Ky, and Woody Spencer 
of someplace in Kentucky.  The daughters are Misses Eula and Nina 
Spencer both at home in New Mexico, Mrs. Ellen Vancleve, Gilmore, Ky., and 
Mrs. Bertha Cuasac of Ohio, many other relatives and friends, some of 
whom live in Wolfe County
