The son of the Rev. Leander Lacy and Elizabeth Walter Lacy, he was born and lived most of his life in the country at Insko, Ky. He had been a member of the Christian Church for 60 years and was a member of the Morgan County Board of Education for some time. Survivors are four sons, Sam ? Lacy of Misawaka, Ind., Rexford of Swampton, Paul B. of Stacy Fork and Ronald of Stillwater; three daughters, Mrs. Hannah Smith and Mrs. Jessie Hounshull of South Bend, Ind. and Mrs. Elizabeth Hatton of Wishawaka, Ind. Three brothers, William Lacy and C.R. Lacy both of Insko, and H.H. Lacy of Gilmore; five sisters: Mrs. W.H. Lindon, Mrs. W.M. Gullett, Insko, Mrs. K.H. Risner, of Burg, and Mrs. I.T. Ferguson of Gilmore and Mrs. C.A. Phipps of Insko. Funeral was conducted on Thursday of last week at the Insko church, with Rev. Wilson of Indiana officiating.
