Obituary: Anderson, Mae (Centers) - Tuesday, October 12, 1999 Middletown Journal Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** Mae Anderson Mrs. Mae Anderson, 77, of 3204 Rufus St., died Tuesday morning, Oct. 12, 1999, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Wolfe County, Ky., on Dec. 30, 1920, the daughter of Taylor and Annie (Hatton) Centers. Her life was devoted to her family. She is survived by three daughters, Christine Ferguson of West Elkton, Linda Chapman of Trenton and Faye Tyra of Franklin; a son, James Anderson of Middletown; a daughter-in-law, Sandy Anderson of Carlisle; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Pastel Centers of Middletown, Johnny Centers of Mount Sterling, Ky., and Eugene Centers of Lake City, Fla. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1983; and a son, Albert Ronald Anderson in 1986. ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Christian Enterprise Baptist Church, with the Revs. Martin McIntosh and Adam T. Hays officiating.
