Born in Campton, KY, she was a daughter of the late Darley Fulks and Myrtle Childers Welch. A homemaker, she was the former owner of WWKY in Winchester for 20 years and was also employed by KU and Central Bank. She is survived by a daughter and son, Donna Horton (Dixie Kenton) McKinley and Donald John Horton Jr, both of Lexington; step son, Jonathan E. Horton; a sister, Wonda Fulks Warner; grandson, Dixie Kenton McKinley II; and a niece Karen Warner Pierce. No services are scheduled. W.R. I believe she is the same Wilda Fulks who married Bill Campbell in 1937 Wolfe, the s/o Thomas Campbell and Amelia Catherine Allen.
