Lula Cable Hobbs Shoemaker, 97 of Winchester Manor Health Care 
Facility, Winchester d. Aug. 27 at Winchester Manor.

Mrs. Shoemaker, daughter of the late Robie Finley and Vina Belle Carroll
Cable, was a Wolfe County native, a member of the Church of God, and a
housewife.  She was a former Big Andy Ridge resident, and was the widow
of Grover Hobbs and Charles Shoemaker.
 
Survivors are two sisters, Hattie Hecker and Ethel Hanser, both of
Middletown, Ohio; one niece, Norma Duff of Sarasota, Florida; one
step-granddaughter, Mrs. Magdalene (Tootsie) Bennett of Stanton.
 
Burial in the Evans Cemetery with Porter and Son Funeral Home in charge
of arrangements.
