We the undersigned Commissioners for the settlement of Executors adminin and
guardian accounts in and for Spencer County being called upon to state and settle the accounts of
Nathan COCHRAN as administrator of the Estate of John DEACON Decd do report that we have performed
that duty and submit the foregoing as the settlement made by us by which it will be seen that said
Natha COCHRAM has fully administered said decedents Estate. We farther report that said
Administrator the widow and heirs of sd John DEACON Deceased the infants by their guardian were
all personally present before us when this settlement was made. Given under our hands this
5th day of August 1839.
At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 2nd day of September
1839 This settlement of the accounts of the administration of the Estate of John DEACON Decd
was this day returned by the Commissioners and it is ordered that the same be Continued until the
next Court for excepting should any be taken
thereto. Atteste

At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 7th day of October 1839
This settlement of the accounts of the administration of the Estate of John DEACON Deceased which
was returned by the Commissioners at the last Court was this day taken up and no exceptions having
been taken to or filed against said report by any person interested in said Estate nor by the
Administrator and the same having been examined and approved of by the Court it is ordered to be
recorded.
