In the name of God Amen, I Richard Thomason of Scott County and state of Kentucky being in low state of health in body, but of sound
judgment do make this my last will and testament in the manner following, that is to say:
I give my soul to God who gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came.  After my debts are paid I lend to my beloved wife, Sarah
during her widowhood all my whole estate real and personal, but in case she marrieth after  my decease, my will is that she immediately
deliver the same with all claim hereunto the hands of my Executors hereafter named, who shall have a right and authority to sell or
dispose of any of property or estate at any time for the accommodation of my beloved wife and heirs and my will is that all my children
have common education at the disrection of my Executors and further my will and desire is that after the decease of my said wife that
my said estate shall be equally divided among all my children excepting Frances.  My desire is that she shall have thirty pounds more
than others if her arm does not get well and if any of my children should die without a lawful heir for my will is their estate shall return
to the others the which I do firmly give to them and every and each of them and their heirs forever.  I do hereby constitute and ordain my
friends Henry Jenkins, Nelson Thomason and David Shelton to be whole and sole Executors of my last will and testament given under
my hand and seal this 12th of June 1802.

This will was this day produced in open court . . . . . .  . . .Nelson Thomason and David Shelton two of the Executors herein named and
proved by the oaths of Cornelius Gough and Fannie Thomason two of the witnesses therein and ordered to be recorded and on the
motion of said Executors who entered into bond took required by law certificate is granted them to obtain a probate thereof in due
form of law.
