------- God amen I William Leach of the county --------- of Kentucky do make and ordain this ----will and testament in manner and form following to wit, my will and desire is that all my just debts shall be paid and of any moiety that come unto------hands of my executors hereinafter named. 1st. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Leach --- and farm on which I now live unmolested during her widowhood and chest. My will and desire is that the land shall be equally divided between my two sons --- Leach and Reuben Leach. The division line to begin ------ my line crosses McCrackens run, thence up the run to ---- a line running a westardly corner will stricks ---- line between Roaham Neale and myself at right angles ----- Burton Leach to have the south end and Henry Leach have the north and I give and bequeath to my son ------- Leach one feather bed & furniture. I also given and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Leach one feather bed & furniture and one cow and calf. My will and desire is that after my deceased that the balance of my estate that is the above mentioned shall be equally divided between my following daughters, Betsy Peak, Rebecca Leach Nancy -----, Susannah Fields, Ruthy Peak, Polly Brown, Ara----, Harriett Holden having heretofore advanced my---- Walter Leach and William B. Leach in my opinion ------ sufficiently I gave them nothing in this my last will and testament. Lastly I appoint my two sons William B. Leach and Henry Leach Executors to this my last will and trstament revolking all others heretofore made by me. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22 day of April 1813.
