I John Snell of the County of Scott and State of Kentucky being of sound and dieposing mind & Memory doth constitute and ordain this my last will and testament revoking all others by me made heretofore in the name ............. Amen.

1st I give and bequeath that all the ....... heretoforegiven I put in the
possession of my .... hereafter named to wit: Joseph Snell, John Snell,....

Item 3 - I given and bequeath unto my son William Snell one good bed of furniture to him and his Heirs forever. Item 4 - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth West the sum of one hundred pounds to her and her heirs forever.

5th - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Francis Wills the sum of one hundred
and 25 pounds also ....tenth part of my estate not expecially
bequeathed

7th- I give and bequeath unto my granddaughters children of Joseph Snell
is (sic) Elizabeth Snell, Anne Snell, Lucinda Snell & Susanna Snell....
