I John Snell of the County of Scott and State of Kentucky being of sound and dieposing mind & Memory doth constitute and ordain this my last will and testament revoking all others by me made heretofore in the name ............. Amen.

Item 1st I give and bequeath that all the ....... heretoforegiven I put in the possession of my .... hereafter named to wit: Joseph Snell, John Snell,.... Snell,
Cumberland Snell... Robert Snell.. West Frances Wills & Abbe Owins that ... legal representatives ... children Jack, Gilbert, Tom & Joseph...to them & their
future increase. I will to be equally divided between all his children or their legal representatives... death. I  also give him one good bed of furniture, two cows
and calves, two good heifers, 8 heard of sheep and 15 hogs to him & his heirs forever,

Item 3 - I given and bequeath unto my son William Snell one good bed of furniture to him and his Heirs forever.

Item 4 - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth West the sum of one hundred pounds to her and her heirs forever.

Item 5th - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Francis Wills the sum of one hundred and 25 pounds also ....tenth part of my estate not expecially bequeathed
to be ... her disposal during her natural life & at her death to be equally divided between her legal representatives arising from her body.

Item 7th- I give and bequeath unto my granddaughters children of Joseph Snell is (sic) Elizabeth Snell, Anne Snell, Lucinda Snell & Susanna Snell.... tenth
part of my estate not especailly bequeathed to be equally divided between them and Their heris forever.

Item 8th - I give and ....... after all my just debts are paid balance of all my estate... real and personal except the three tenths before bequeathed to be equally
divided between my sons John Snell, William Snell, Louden Snell, Cumberland Snett..... Snell should be Executors to this my last will and testament and that
they..... power ...... ordered to effect or division.............. Witness my hand and seal this 19 day of ............

A codicil to the Above Will
..................is my last will to revoke the item in the above will and insert in lieu thereof that the above name...........tenth in said item be equally divided between
all my son Joseph's children except his daughter Margaret except his dauhter (sic) Margaret Brasham (?) which shall be to them and their heirs forever.
Witness my hand and Seal this 4 day of May 1820.

In July Court of 1820 the above will was probated, with Louden, Cumberland and Robert Snell being present.
Know all men by these presents taht we Cumberland Snell, Louden Snell & Robert Snell, John Willis, Ash Emison are held and bound unto the
Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of ....... thousand dollars current money to be paid, etc.
