In the Name of God Amen I Jacob Johnson of the State of Kentucky and ____ of Scott, being of Sound mind & disposing  manner do make and ordain
this my last will and Testament in the manner and form following that is to Say, In the first place after my decease I will that my Just debts and funeral
charges be paid by my Executors hereafter named.

Item.  I will and bequeath unto my son William Johnson one bed and furniture he to have the first choice also 11 head of Sheep to be equally divided
between him and my son [blank] Johnson.

Item.  I will and bequeath unto my son Isaac Johnson one bed & furniture he to have the Second choice of the beds.

Item.  I will and bequeath unto my son James Johnson he to have the third choice one bed and furniture.

Item.  I will and bequeath unto my wife Sarah Johnson during her natural life choice of any of my personal property that she may think [blank] to take
at her desc[?] to dispose of it as she think proper.

I will that the balance of my property after my wife  makes [blank] choice be sold and the money arising therefrom to remain in [blank] hands of my
Executors and to be put out at Interest[?] Except [blank] may be from time to time needed by my wife Sarah Johnson.. at her death whatever sum then
may be remaining thereof Equally divided between my wife [stricken] children Elenor Trusel, Sarah [blank], William Johnson, Isaac Johnson, Jane Cummins,
James Johnson, Kitty Williamson and my grandchildren Jacob Johnson Dever, Nancy Dever, Hedgman Dever, Sarah Dever W[blank] Dever and Elizabeth
Dever these Seven to have one childs part.

I will that my plantation to be rented out and the rents or profits arising therefrom to be applied to the support of my wife Sarah Johnson during her
life, and at her death the land to be [blank] and the money arising therefrom to be equally divided between [blank] children and Grand Children as the
above money arising from personal property and in the Same manner.

I have [blank] Certain Conditions executed a bond unto my son William [blank] for conveyance of one half the land I live on It is [blank] that the
fields and fences on the plantation still [blank] as they are at present, during my wife Sarah [blank] life.
