In the name of God Amen I HENRY H. DUVALL of Scott County in the state of Kentucky being very much afflicted in body but sound in memory and
judgement do make and constitute this to be my last will and testament revoking all other wills heretofore made by me. After all my just debts are paid I
give and bequeath the remainder of my estate in the following manner.

ITEN - I give and bequeath unto my mother KESIAH DUVALL two negro boys named William and the other Anthony, one sorrell mare and colt and her
increase, one cow and calf, also my desk and books which she is to have and to hold during her natural life then to revolve to my brother JOHN DUVALLS
children, if any he has and if he has noe at that time, I give and bequeath the above negroes etc. to my brother JOHN DUVALL to have and to hold forever.

ITEM - I give and bequeath unto my brother ZACHARIAH DUVALL all my carpenter tools of any description.

ITEM - I give and bequeath unto my brother JOHN DUVALL my watch to him his heirs to have and to hold forever.

ITEM - I give to my nephew HENRY CLARK a suit of Cotton choaths which is now made up.

ITEM - I give and bequeath unto my brother MAREEN DUVALL my shot gun provided he returns to this state, if not, I give the said item to my nephew
JOHN DUVALL.

ITEM - I give and bequeath unto my brother JOHN all the remainder of my estate both real and personal that is not mentioned above together with all my
notes account dues and demands of every description whatever out of which I wish my brother JOHN DUVALL to pay all my just debts.

LASTLY - I appoint my father CORNELIUS DUVALL and my brother JOHN DUVALL Executors to this my last will and testament. Given under my hand and
seal this 22 day of October 1806.

This the last will and testament of HENRY H. DUVALL was this day produced in open court by JOHN DUVALL one of the executors therein named
and proved to be the act and deed of the said HENRY H. DUVALL by the oaths of the subscribing witnesses as thereto and ordered to be recorded and
the said Executors having taken the oats and entered unto and with security conditioned as the law directs, certificate for obtaining a probate is granted
them in due form
