Know all men by these presence that I, Richard M. Devers, do will to Dolly Hannah Devers one half my land that is fifty acres. Dolly
Hannah and myself own 75 acres between us; one third hers, balance mine. I want all my just debts to be paid, I want her to have
the household and kitchen furniture after my debts are paid.  The balance land equal divided among my sisters and brothers and all
my stock and growing crop equally divided among my sisters and mother.  Then I want a good stone wall around my burying ground
and head and foot stones erected to each one of my family.  Then to sister Dolly Hannah to have no interest the twenty five acres all
the balances of land equal among the balance of the heirs.  I want money reserved to pay for these things.  I want sister Dolly Hannah
to have the house on her part of the land.
