In the name of God Amen, I Dulcena Glass, being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the shortness of life and the certainty of death, and
being blessed with a reasonable portion of this worlds good, and being mindful of the source from which my property came, and believing it to be my duty
to make a fair and equitable disposition of same, I do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby cancelling and revolking all wills heretofore
made by me.
First, I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be promptly paid after my death.
Second, I have on child by my first husband, Thomas Goghill, this child is my daughter Martha Ann (Coghill) Million, wife of Thomas Million.  I have heretofore
given her all of the property which I received from her said father and it is my will that she get no part of whatever estate that I own at my death.
Third, I have one son James B. Glass by my second husband, Nash Glass, I received no property from said James B. Glass father, and my said son does not
need any assistance from me and it is my will that he shall have no part of my estate after my death.
Fourth, I have three children by my last husband, W. W. Glass, viz; Elizabeth Watson, wife of Ed Watson, Lillie Lucas, wife of James P. Lucas and Ida Shipp,
wife of James E. Shipp and all the property which I have came to me from their said father, W. W. Glass and believing that his children should have it at my
death it is my will that all the property of every description, real, personal or mixed which I my own at my death be divided equally among my said three daughters
named in this paragraph after the payment of my debts (if any) and my funeral expenses as provided in first paragraph thereof.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto signed my name in the presence of the subscribing witnesses this 14th day of March 1902.

Codicil No 1
I, Dulcena Glass being of sound mind and disposing memory and desiring to modify the provisions of foregoing will which was made by me on the 14th day of March
1902, do now change the provisions of said will to this extent.  I give and bequeath to my daughter, Martha Ann Million the same one named in the second paragraph
of my said will, the sum of five dollars.
Second, I give and bequeath to my son Jas. B. Glass the son named in the third paragraph of my said will, the sum of five dollars.  In my said will I did not give either
James B. Glass or Martha Ann Million any sum what-ever.
Third, I had a daughter by my first husband, named Mary Thomas Coghill and she died leaving one child named Luther.  That son of Mary Thomas Coghill is still living
and is my grandson.  I did not mention him in my said will for reasons satisfactory to myself, but I now modify said will and give and bequeath to the said Luther, son
of Mary Thomas Coghill, the sum of five dollars.  I hereby change said will to the extent named in this codicil but no further or in any other way whatever.  In testimony
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name in the presence of the subscribing witness this 15th day of July 1903 .

I. W. H. Gatewood, Clerk of the County Court for the county and state aforesaid do certify that the foregoing will of Dulcena Glass was on the 21st day of July 1913,
presented in open court for probate and proven by the oath of B. M. Lee one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who also proved the attestation of G. T. Sharp as to
will, W. G. Abbett, the other subscribing witness to the codicil, to be the last will and testament of Dulcena Glass, deceased and the same was ordered to be record.
Done this 21st day of July 1913.
