In the name of God Amen, I Daniel Baldwin, Senr. of Scott County and State of Kentucky in common health and memory  ____ to mind the
uncertainty of life of death do make this to be my last will and testament revoking all wills heretofore made by me as to what worldly property
it hath pleased God to bless me with. I do hereby dispose of in manner and form following.
Item - All the personal property that I have   ________________________ my sons or daughters prior to this date I _____________________
by confirm to them severally & their heris  ____ have and to hold forever_______.
Item - I give unto _____ Daniel Baldwin my large bible my sons Thomas  _________________________? each of them a plough of the best
I now have.
Item - At my death, my will is that all the remaining part of my estate, both real and personal, be sold and the money _________the sales of the
___ after just debts are paid be equally divided amont my sons; John Baldwin, Moses Baldwin, Joseph Baldwin, also my daughters Deborah Stewart,
Mary Oxley and Elizabeth Roley.  I direct that   _____________________my sons Jeremy shall have a right to the farm 12 months after my death
and I also give my son Jeremy all the leather and all the intended the leather tan---a in the vats at my death; also lastly I appoint and constitute my
sons John Baldwin and Jeremy Baldwin, Executors to this my last will and testament revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
Given under my hand and seal this 21 day of April 1817

The foregoing last will and testament of Daniel Baldwin, deceased was this day produced in court and proven by Rodes Smith and Asa Smith subscribing
witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and John Baldwin, Jeremy Baldwin, Exor's therein named took the oath required by law and with Will Suggett
and ___Duvall their security entered into and acknowledge their bond in the penalty of one thousand dollars contioned as the law directs, thereupon probate
is granted to them in due form.
