I, Abigail B. Robinson do hereby make and publish this my last will  - My just debts shall be first paid - I devise the sum of three thousand dollars
of my Estate to be equally into six parts, one of which I devise to my Brother George Robinson, one to my sister Hetty Robinson, one to my brother
James F. Robinson, one to the children of my sister Ann W. Palmer, decd., One to the children of my brother John M. Robinson, decd., and one
to my niece Sidney Jane Graves.
I will to my Brother James F. Robinson my negro man Garland and also the sum of two hundred dollars to be by him appropriated for Garland's
benefit as I have given him verbal directions.
I will to Harvey C. Graves in trust for the sole and only use and benefit of my niece Sidney Jane Graves five hundred dollars in money also a note
which I hold on G. W. Graves - said trustee with the consent of my niece may invest the aforesaid devises with the one above to her devised on
such manner as they may think most for her benefit.  It is to be understood that the first devise above to S. J. Graves is her devise to this aforesaid
trustee for her use and benefit.
The ballance of my estate I devise to my nephew Jas F. Robinson, Jr. but to be received by his father and by him invested in land whenever he may
select it and hold for him and manage by his father until his my nephew arrival at twenty five years of age, when it with its proceeds if any shall be
given unto his possession. I appoint James F. Robinson my Executor.
