Was received into Boone's Creek Assn. in 1824, reporting 37 members. Her messengers wre I. Highley, F. Howard, P. Weathers and T. Jackman.

It was dissolved in 1825. Location of the church is unknown.

There was a church named Mt. Moriah that united with South Elkhorn Assn. in 1806 and was dismissed in 1824. We believe this to have been the same congregation.
