In Feb. 1823 Elder james Prather was again called as pastor.

In Jan 1828 he was succeeded by Elder John Sacrcy as pastor.

In 1826 there was a church by the name of Liberty that untied with Boone's Creek Assn., with 51 members, and Elder John Sacray was one of the messengers.

Liberty Church ws one of the 6 churches that voted to abolish Boone's Creek Assn. in 1829.
