August Term,               18th                      Day of August 1891

To the Leslie County Court common pleas and same was granted by the court and the cause is continued

It is ordered by the court that the County Court Clerk be directed to order from the Secretary of State for codes (4) general statutes for two new Magistrates District to wit: District No. 7 and No. 8

This day John B. Eversole presented his certificate of Election as Constable of the 8th District of Leslie County to the Court and he entered into bond with as as such together with A.L. Begley as his surety and said bond was approved by the court and he taken oath as required by law

Ordered that court adjourn until court in course
