This house is located on Rt. 828, Lawrence Co., KY. and was, according to Lora Kitchen, possibly
built by Flem or Lewis Kitchen. The front of the house, which is graced by several very old, huge
pine trees, faces the creek which runs alongside some rocky cliffs.
Most of the old service buildings, a corncrib, barn, smokehouse, etc. are still in place. The
house shows similar architectural features as the Hillman Farm
House on Rt. 828.
