Mrs. Ruthie Lowe, daughter of the late Felix Wombles and Nerva Collins, was born in Leslie County, Kentucky, May 10, 1884 and died at eht home of her daughter, Mrs. Rufus Brock, November 12, 1960.  
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Rufus Brock, Gray KY., Mrs Harve Lowe, Indian Creek, Ky., and Mrs. 
Walter Phipps, Siler, Ky.  
Funeral services for Mrs. Lowe were conducted at the Rossland Holiness Church, Monday, November 14, 
1960 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Garland Officiating.   Interment was in the Brafford
Cemetery with Hopper
Funeral Home in charge.
