MRS. DELLA LAWS

Mrs. Della Laws, age 51, of Straight Creek, Kentucky, passed away 
Sunday, May 12, 1974, in the Pineville Community Hospital.  Se was 
born August 25, 1922, in Bell County, Kentucky, the daughter of the 
late Wilce and Rosa Taylor.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Laws of Straight Creek; eight 
children, Nancy Dozier of Baltimore, Maryland, Charles Herman Laws 
of the U.S. Army, Naomi Laws, Chester Laws, Irene Laws, Curtis Laws, 
Donna Jean Laws and Jeanette Laws, all of Straight Creek; four sisters, 
Senie Smith of Hamilton, Ohio, Mary Watts, Ethel Taylor and Dolly 
Taylor, all of Straight Creek; five brothers, Herman Taylor, Truman 
Taylor, Howard Taylor, Roscoe Taylor and Willard Taylor, all of Straight 
Creek; and one grandson.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Durham Funeral Home Chapel on 
Wednesday, May 15, at 2:00 P.M., with the Rev. Dewey Roy officiating.  
Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery, Himyar, in Knox County, 
Kentucky.

The family is receiving friends at the Durham Funeral Home until the 
funeral hour.  Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
