Mrs. Fields was a homemaker and a member of the Millertown Missionary Baptist 
Church.

Husband: Wendell Fields of Upton.
Daughter: Terrell A. Gibson, Bowling Green, KY
Sons: Brian Scott Fields & Bradley Martin Fields, both of Upton, & Shannon Ray 
Fields of Clarkson, Ky.
Mother: Henrietta Finch Ireland of Upton
Sister: Linda Kemper of Seattle, WA.
Brother: Gary Puckett, of Upton.
Half-Brothers: David Puckett of Bowling Green & Mike Ireland of Upton.
Half-Sisters: Sharon Kay Puckett of Munfordville, Ky., & Suzanne Russell of 
Lexington, Ky.
Services: Conducted on Friday, December 12, 1997 at 1 p.m. at the Millerstown 
Missionary Baptist Church. Bro. Carlon Fields & Bro. David Logsdon officiating. 
Burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Hawkins-Brooks Funeral Home presiding.
