May 14, 1953. Charles Frank Black  & wife Rachel Ellen Martin in Gray, Knox County, Kentucky..

Rachel was first born child and only daughter daughter of John Dalton Martin and Lucy Frances Johnson.  Her syblings were David Reed Martin, Samuel A. Martin, Charley Martin, James Parker Martin, Creed Dalton Martin, and Chester Arthur Martin.  

Charles Frank Black and Rachel Ellen Martin were the parents of Ora Mae Black.
