Permelia's Will was filed in "open court" on July 2, 1905.
She bequested that "one dollar in Cash to be their part of my whole estate to "my children and grandchildren" with the following persons named.

  1. Pollie Taylor (Mary "Polly" dau of Felix Mills and Marinda Tayor)
  2. China Adkins (dau of Felix Mills and Marinda Taylor)
  3. Amelia Mills (dau of Felix Mills and Marinda Taylor)

    4. (following children of Willis and China Warren)
  4. Frank Warren
  5. Sarah Eleanor Warren
  6. Melia Warren
  7. Margaret Warren
  8. McKinley Warren
  9. Manda Warren (she was a twin to Effie but we feel Effie must have died before this and was not mentioned in the will.)
  10. Gillis Warren
  11. $5.00 bequest to Margaret Mills Her being a child of my body and being the wife of Isaac Mills.
  12. Sarah Smith (m. Newton Smith)
  13. Amanda Patterson (m. James R. Patterson)


And I want the rest of my property and money and land divided equally between Sarah Smith and Amanda Patterson after my burial expense is paid.
