| ETHEL L. ANDERSON, 92, of Gray, passed away July 23, 1999 at the KnoxCounty Hospital. She was the daughter of the late James F. Phipps and Ida Hughes Phipps born to them on October 26, 1906. She was the wife of the late Elbert Anderson. Funeral services were held in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Monday,July 26 with the Rev. Dale Phipps and the Rev. Tim Phipps officiating. Burial followed in the Phipps Cemetery at Emanuel Hollow. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
