Delmar Burns, 77, White Oak, Tennessee passed away Sunday, June 22, 2003 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

Funeral services were held June 26 at the White Oak Church of God with Rev. Paul Cox officiating. Burial was in the Lambdin Cemetery by the Harp Funeral Home.
