| FREIDA IVETA SYME BROWN, 84, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday, March 13, 1999 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Lester and Lora Detherage Syme born on October 22, 1914 in East Rochester, Ohio. On January 9, 1929, she united in marriage with Murphy Brown at Wheeler. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Monday, March 15 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Barnard and Rev. Lowell Huddleston officiating. Burial followed in the Brown Cemetery at Harps Creek. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
