Chester Brown, 61, of Scalf, passed away in Britthaven Nursing Home in Bell County Ky., Saturday, Feb 18, 2006. He was a son of the late Dewey and Myrtle Stansberry Brown. He was saved and a self employed carpenter. He is survived by two daughters, Lavonda Mills and husband Jeff , and Beverly Brown; two sons, Frank Brown and Chester Sizemore and wife Tina; five sisters, Elaine Gray and husband Garrett, Gladys Hobbs and husband Dempsy, Barbara Sue Gray, Judy Smith and husband Wendell, Christine Brown and David Bunch. Three brothers; Dewey Brown and wife Jacquelyn, Gary Wayne Brown and Harvey Brown and wife Melinda, and six grandchildren. Services were conducted in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday Feb 21, 2006 with the Revs. Jerry Smith and Vernon Morris officiating. Burial was in the Dewey Brown Cemetery in Scalf. Hampton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
