Billey J. Blevins, 71, of Flat Rock, Mich., formerly of Heidrick, passed away Jan. 10, 2003. She was a daughter of the late John and Oda Swafford of Heidrick. She is survived by her husband, Russell; children, Oda Thomas, Deborah Akers, Martha Kramer, Russell Jr. "Jake", Ted, Pamela and Tina Jerell; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Services were conducted Tuesday at Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, Dearborn, Mich. Burial was in Huron Valley Cemetery, Flat Rock, Mich. This is a courtesy announcement of Hopper Funeral Home.
