Dr. E.V. BARGO, Jr. Dr. E.V. Bargo Jr., 83, of Hopkinsville, formerly of Flat Lick, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2005 at his residence of natural causes. He was a son of the late Everett Victor Bargo Sr. and Axie Carnes Bargo. He was a retired dentist and a retired Army colonel, serving in World War II. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Geneva Boyd Bargo; three daughters, Nancy Bargo Anthony, Linda Bargo Radford and Patricia Bargo Cave; three stepdaughters, Nanci Allen, Teresa Joiner and Yondie Brumfield; one stepson, Wendell Rickard; eight grandchildren; seven step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. Services in Hopkinsville were conducted at Hughart &Beard Funeral Home Friday, Jan. 7 with the Rev. Rachel Scott Marshall officiating. Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
