Judy Ellen Willis, 85, Jellico, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2003 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

Funeral services were held July 15 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lester Cox officiating. Burial was in the Pemberton Cemetery by the Harp Funeral Home.
