| EDNA MAE WIGGINS, 74, of Middlesboro, formerly of Knox County, passed away Sunday, September 19, 1999 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Jim Matt and Julie Bargo Mills born to them on December 10, 1924. She was the wife of the late Homer Wiggins. Funeral services were conducted in the Creech Funeral Home in Middlesboro on Tuesday, September 21 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. W.B. Bingham II officiating. Burial followed in the Julie Mills Cemetery at Mills. Creech Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. This announcement is a courtesy of Hopper Funeral Home. |
