Betty MILLS Mrs. Betty Stamper Mills Welte, 76, of Augusta, formerly of Barbourville, the wife of Robert S. "Steve" Welte and the widow of Lester Mills Jr., passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2006 in the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was a daughter of the late Paul Spurgeon and Lillian Sibert Stamper born on February 19, 1930 in Barbourville. A graveside service was conducted in the Barbourville Cemetery Sunday, December 24 at 2 P.M. Local arrangements were under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home. |
