| Thelma Martin Weckel, 86, of Xenia, OH passed away October 27, 2008. She was born January 24, 1922 in Barbourville, KY, the daughter of Bradley and Florence (Maxie) Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Weckel in 1995 and three brothers. She is survived by her children, Diana (Jim) Gentry of Mentor, OH and Paul (Pat) Weckel of Jamestown, OH; grandchildren, John, Rodney, Kevin, and Kari; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lela Jarvis, Louise Carey, and Coleen Martin; brothers, Clarence Martin and Raymon Martin. Funeral services will be held October 31, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads of Hospice.
