Linda SMITH WAGERS Linda Smith Wagers, 79, of Hinkle, passed away Sunday evening, March 26, 2006 in Knox County Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Allen and Ella Lawson Smith and the wife of the late Mason Wagers. She was a homemaker and a member of New Girdler Holiness Church. She is survived by seven children, Mason Wagers Jr. and wife Kathy, Kenneth Wagers and wife Sharon, James Wagers and Connie Trosper and husband Tom, Jerri Hensley and husband Franch, Thelma Allred and husband Dan and Carlene Slusher; three sisters, Goldie Brock, Myrtle Garland and Mollie Smith; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great great grandchildren. Services were conducted in the Knox Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, March 29 with the Rev. R.P. Edwards officiating. Burial was in Barbourville Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Knox Funeral Home. |
