JOSEPH H. TONEY, 79, passed away Monday at Heritage Park Health Care. Born in Williamsburg, he retired in 1982 as a pipe fitter from Sprinkler Fitters Local 281 after 35 years. Surviving are a brother, Edward of Fort Wayne; and five sisters, Katherine Raines and Martha A. Lifford, both of Conyers, Georgia, Trudy Jones of Toledo, Ohio, Elsie Mae Bennett of Texas and Mary Elizabeth Rains of Homestead, Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy.
