EDDIE NEAL THOMAS, 42, Corbin, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2002 at the U.K. Medical Center, Lexington. His parents, Doyle and Ruth Thomas, survive. Funeral services were held August 24 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Earl Gregory officiating. Entombment was in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. |
