John Allen SPIVEY John Allen Spivey, 56, of Barbourville, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at Knox County Hospital. He was a son of the late Herbert Spivey and Joyce Geneva Helton. He was a former Bell County police office and forest ranger. He was a member of Hughes Hill Holiness Church. He is survived by one daughter, McKinsey Ann Spivey; two sons, Steven Allen Spivey, Michael Anthony Spivey; one sister, Louise Sinard. Services were conducted at Hughes Hill Holiness Church Saturday, April 29 with the Revs. Mike Wagers and Harold Gene Smith officiating. Burial was in Prichard Cemetery at Mackey Bend. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
