| DOROTHY A. HOWARD SOWDERS, 85, formerly of Artemus, passed away Friday, September 24, 1999 at the Laurel Heights Nursing Home in London. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Howard and Lillian Bailey Howard. Funeral services were conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 27 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Cleo Goodlett officiating. Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
