| RANDALL DEAN SMITH, 41, Detroit, Michigan, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Friday, March 19, 1999 at the Detroit Receiving Hospital. He was the son of H.R. and Mattie Jean Allen Smith born on October 13, 1957 in Pineville. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 23 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Mooneyham and the Rev. Gary Miles officiating. Burial followed in the Payne Cemetery at Hinkle. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
