| OTIS J. SMITH, 85, of Lenoir City, Tenn., formerly of Barbourville, passed away Monday, August 16, 1999 at his home. He was the son of the late Jim and Eunice Nicey Smith born on July 15, 1914 in Knox County. He was retired from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory as an inspection engineer. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the Army Air Corp. and the Kentucky National Guard. On July 26, 1939 he united in marriage with Lois McBride in Pineville. Graveside services were conducted in the Hutchins Cemetery Saturday, August 21 at 11 a.m. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
