| JOHN SMITH of Akron, Ohio, formerly of Knox County, passed away Monday, in Akron, Ohio. He was the brother of the late Bertha Helton Smith and the brother of Emily Tuttle, Green Road, Eva Smith, Jarvis, Ruby Warner, Culpeper, Va., Mary Swafford, Cincinnati, Ohio, Rebecca Stalling, Covington, Frank Smith, London, Roy Smith, Jarvis and William "Bill" Smith Covington. Funeral services for John Smith were conducted Friday, April 19, in the chapel of the House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Marion officiating. Burial followed in the Resthaven Cemetery in Corbin. This is a courtesy announcement from Knox Funeral Home. |
