| DAMIE SMITH, 88, was born in Clay County, on January 30, 1911 to the late Taylor Smith and Josephine Hobbs Smith and passed away Saturday,June 12, 1999 in the Knox County Hospital. In 1936 she was united in marriage to the late Beve Smith. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 15, 1999 at 2 p.m in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy lee and the Rev. Glenn Collins officiating. Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
