Anna A. SMITH Anna A. Smith, 89, of Middlesboro, formerly of Barbourville, passed away in the Middlesboro Health Care Facility. She was a daughter of the late Otis Parrott and Sudie Tropser Parrott and the wife of the late Claude Smith. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She is survived by four daughters, Claudia Wayne Rowlett, Charmaine Danny Moore, Phyliss Halley and Sharon Updike; 18 grandchildren; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Leon and P.L. Parrott; six sisters, Eva Parkinson, Patty Abner, Lela Farmer, Caroline Lewis, Doris McCreary and Irene Zeikiwick. Services were held Sunday, March 5 at Shumate Funeral Home with the Rev. Jay Sulfridge officiating. Burial was in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Guestbook at www.shumatefuneralhome.com. |
