Francis Ann MILLS SIMPSON Francis Ann "Cookie" Mills Simpson, 44, of Barbourville, passed away Friday, March 17, 2006 at Knox County Hospital in Barbourville. She was a daughter of the late Frank Mills and Ardina Broughton Mills. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist She is survived by her fiancee, Jerry Doolin; one sister, Nora King and husband John; one brother, Ronnie Mills. Services were conducted Wednesday, March 22 in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tip Smith and Owen Smith officiating. Burial was in the Houston Broughton Cemetery in Hammond. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
