Alena Lake Sharp Alena Lake Sharp, 74, of Corbin, passed away Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005 at her home. She was a daughter of the late Van and Stella Peace Lake. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Sharp. She was a homemaker and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Roger Sharp and wife Annette and Michael Sharp and wife Sherri; one daughter, Rosemary Gibson and husband Richard; one brother, William Lake and wife Wava; one sister, Francine Troutman and husband Damon; seven grandchildren. Services were conducted in Corbin Funeral Home Chapel Monday, Oct. 3 with the Rev. Greg Farmer officiating. Burial was in Glasscock Cemetery in Knox County.
